In the Paper The mission of the LARASA Learning Centers is simple: prepare Colorado's children for graduation and future opportunities including attending college and entering the work force. The LARASA Learning Centers are accomplishing this mission by serving students, many of whom have dropped out or are falling behind in the traditional education system, and do so with rigorous graduation requirements that meet or exceed Colorado and national standards, ensuring that students are prepared for their next steps in life. Hope a new model of education delivery, since its inception, Hope Online has been effectively evolving its operations, policies and procedures to meet its own standards and expectations, as well as those of the District, Colorado Department of Education and all interested stakeholders.

Seeking to accelerate the achievement of overall school goals, in the 2006-2007 school year, Hope Online engaged in an agreement with the Douglas County School District (DCSD) to help evaluate current operations of Hope Online and its Learning Centers. Douglas County School DistrictMay 20th, the Douglas County School District’s Board unanimously voted to approve Hope Online’s Charter contract.
